Getting design plans and construction permits approved is a hassle when you do not have experience working with your local building departments. It can even be difficult when you do it all the time! Pool Craft puts decades of experience to work for you, eliminating the frustrating step of getting your pool design approved by county planning offices, building departments and even Home Owners Associations (HOAs).
If your pool design was created by Pool Craft, we seamlessly proceed to the pool permitting process. If the design was made by someone else, we first check to make sure it will meet the pertinent codes and regulations. If so, the permit process can begin. To acquire your construction permit, Pool Craft follows these steps:
- Correctly complete the necessary paperwork to ensure the application process runs as smoothly as possible.
- Provide the necessary engineering calculations required by the county planning office.
- Submit the complete plan application and calculations to the required building departments and agencies.
- Monitor the application through the stages of the approval process, ensuring it does not get stalled with unnecessary delays. Communicate with the planning office staff to answer questions, resolve any issues and win approval.
Upon receipt of the permit, we present it to you along with a consultation on what to expect during the construction process. With the permit in hand, you can immediately start building your new swimming pool!
